Regional Account Manager to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced account management professional who enjoys building trusted client relationships, delivering customer value and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of strategic accounts across the region, ensuring high retention, increased product adoption and long-term customer success.
Working closely with editorial, business development, customer success and marketing teams, you will become a trusted advisor to clients and a recognised specialist in the commodity market intelligence sector.
What You'll Be Doing
As Regional Account Manager, you will take ownership of an established customer portfolio across Africa, ensuring clients maximise value from Argus products and services while identifying opportunities to expand our partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
· Managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts across Africa.
· Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organisations.
· Driving customer retention and contract renewals.
· Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the Argus product portfolio.
· Developing account plans to support long-term revenue growth.
· Conducting regular customer reviews to understand business priorities and uncover new opportunities.
· Increasing product adoption and engagement across client organisations.
· Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing challenges proactively.
· Collaborating with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
· Maintaining accurate account activity, forecasts and pipeline information within CRM systems.

Experience & Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years' experience in account management, customer success, subscription sales or business development.
· Proven track record of retaining, renewing and growing strategic customer accounts.
· Experience selling information, data, SaaS, market intelligence, financial services, business information or consultative solutions would be advantageous.
· Experience working with multinational organisations and senior commercial stakeholders.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Languages
· Fluent English is essential.
· French language skills are highly desirable.
Travel
· Regular travel across Africa (approximately 40-60%).
