Sales Strategic Program & Execution Senior Manager (Commodity Market Data)
This role partners closely with regional and global leadership teams to manage cross-functional projects, enforces accountability and execution discipline across stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering strategic initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring commercial alignment with business objectives and driving successful execution of key transformation, growth, and operational improvement programmes. You will drive end-to-end execution across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Editorial, BD, HR, Finance, Legal and APAC leadership, ensuring alignment, ownership, and delivery timelines.
This role partners closely with regional and global leadership teams to manage cross-functional projects, enforces accountability and execution discipline across stakeholders; and establishes rigorous tracking and governance, identifies performance gaps early, and proactively calibrates interventions to keep initiatives on track.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
Partner with APAC leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable programmes and execution plans.
Drive delivery of regional strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Develop business cases, project roadmaps, milestones, and success measures for strategic programmes.
Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, scalability, and business performance.
Lead complex, cross-functional programmes from initiation through implementation and post-delivery review.
Establish programme governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and risk management processes.
Monitor programme progress, dependencies, risks, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve intended business outcomes.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted advisor to APAC senior leadership and key business stakeholders.
Facilitate alignment across departments and geographies to drive execution excellence.
Prepare executive-level presentations, updates, and recommendations for leadership forums.
Manage communication plans and stakeholder engagement activities throughout programme lifecycles.
Performance & Operational Excellence
Establish and track KPIs to measure programme performance and strategic impact.
Analyse business performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, workflows, and governance structures.
Implement best practices in programme management and execution disciplines.
Support the Sales SVP with sales leadership, strategic initiatives, leadership meetings, all-hands, offsites, and customer health discussions.
Change Management
Support organisational transformation initiatives and business change programmes.
Develop change management plans, communication strategies, and adoption frameworks.
Ensure stakeholders effectively transition to new processes, systems, or operating models.
Team Leadership (if applicable)
Lead and mentor programme managers, project managers, or analysts.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Support capability building within the programme and execution function.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
8–12+ years of experience in strategy, programme management, business transformation, marketing, commercial, consulting, or operational leadership.
Demonstrated experience leading regional or global strategic initiatives.
Strong programme and project management expertise.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, CRM, project management, BI/dashboarding and AI productivity tools, with the ability to turn data, updates and complex initiatives into clear executive reporting and actionable insights.
Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is essential, with Mandarin proficiency highly desirable to support engagement across APAC markets.
Preferred
MBA or advanced business qualification.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean, or equivalent certification.
Experience working within a matrixed global organisation.
