What we’re looking for
We seek a Production Marketing Designer who brings versatility across multiple formats (static design, motion, video), thrives in structured environments with brand guidelines and templates, and collaborates naturally with global teams. What will you be doing
You'll protect the Argus visual brand, creating engaging, high-quality assets across multiple formats (print, digital, events, and motion). In this role, you articulate creative concepts with clarity, translate ideas into impactful visual solutions, and recommend the best distribution strategies to reach our target audiences.
Additionally, you'll test and integrate new content technologies (web embeds, interactive content, creative AI tools) to keep Argus ahead of the curve, collaborating with leadership to identify process optimization opportunities

• Driving brainstorming discussions with stakeholders to define and clarify objectives, using strong creative conceptual thinking and judgement to determine the best ways to meet those objectives, including challenging briefs where a stronger solution is possible.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and effectively prioritizing requests according to marketing or corporate needs and the requestor.
• Participating in innovative solutions: Testing, adopting and mainstreaming new tools and platforms (such as platforms to create web embeds or interactive content, and emerging AI-enabled creative tools) to meet the evolving needs of the department and company
