What will you be doing
The Regional Account Manager is responsible for managing, retaining, and growing Argus’ existing customer base across West Africa. The role focuses on strengthening client relationships, expanding usage, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring long-term customer value and retention.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted commercial partner to clients, developing deep relationships across accounts and driving revenue growth through renewals and expansion. Success will be measured through retention rates, account growth, customer engagement, and revenue expansion.
The role reports to the Commercial Head; Africa and works closely with editorial, business development, customer success, and marketing teams.
The Regional Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing existing clients across West Africa, focusing on retention, upselling, and long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage portfolio of existing clients.
· Drive renewals and revenue growth.
· Identify upsell opportunities and expand accounts.
· Build strong client relationships across organisations.

· Strong relationship management skills.

· Strong adaptability and ability to operate effectively in dynamic, multicultural, and emerging market environments
Experience & Qualifications
· 5+ years in account management or sales.
· Proven track record of retaining and growing accounts.
Languages
English required; French strongly preferred.
Travel
40–60% travel across West Africa.
