What we’re looking for
We are seeking a talented Marketing Automation Team lead to join our dynamic Revenue Operations team. As a Marketing Automation Team Lead with 7-9 years of experience in marketing automation with strong expertise in Adobe Marketo Engage, you will play a crucial role in leading a team focusing on the automation including Marketo programs, smart campaigns, and nurture flows delivering the requirements of the global marketing team and wider Argus Media organization. This role focuses on building, executing, and optimizing end-to-end customer journeys, ensuring seamless integration with CRM systems, and driving high-quality lead generation and engagement across global campaigns. Your work will help promote our products and services, enhance brand awareness, and drive audience engagement.
What will you be doing
· Team lead with 5-7 years of experience in managing a team.
· Proficient in using work management tools like Monday.com or JIRA, managing workload distribution for the team.
· Create, test, and deploy emails, landing pages, forms, and smart campaigns in Marketo
· Build and maintain engagement programs and nurture streams
· Develop and manage lead scoring models (behavioural + demographic)
· Implement data segmentation strategies using smart lists and filters
· Perform A/B testing of subject lines, content, and workflows
· Troubleshoot campaign issues, sync errors, and integration challenges
· Generate reports on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and conversion metrics
· Maintain documentation for Marketo processes, templates, and SOPs
· Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance automation efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
· Act as a technical liaison between Marketing Operations and Business Stakeholders, addressing inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues.
· Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements to ensure the Argus Media campaigns remains at the forefront of innovation and compliance.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, driving enhancements and improvements.
· Generate regular reports and analyses to track campaign performance.
Skills and Experience
· 7-9 years of experience in marketing automation with strong expertise in Adobe Marketo Engage
· 5-7 years of experience in leading teams.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
· Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support.
· Strong organizational skills
· Hands-on experience building Marketo programs, smart campaigns, and nurture flows
· Strong understanding of Marketo-Salesforce integration and sync behaviour
· Experience with lead lifecycle management and scoring frameworks
· Proficiency in email marketing, landing page creation, and form handling in Marketo
· Proficiency in HTML and CSS
· Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret Marketo reports and dashboards
· Effective communication and collaboration skills
· UX UI integration/management
· Experience using project management tools like Jira or monday.com

This full-time position follows a hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) and operates on a rotational shift schedule:
· 1st shift - 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
· 2nd shift - 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
· Night shift - 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
