What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a motivated and technically curious intern to join our HR Technology team. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio to automate and enhance HR workflows. This is a hands-on, high-impact internship where you will work directly with HR stakeholders to solve real business problems using cutting-edge AI tools within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

What will you be doing

Design and build AI-powered HR agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio

Develop conversational agents for employee onboarding, HR FAQs, leave queries, policy Q&A, and HR helpdesk automation

Integrate agents with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) and HR systems using Power Automate

Build and test Power Automate flows for HR process automation and data integration

Work closely with HR teams to identify and automate manual, repetitive HR processes

Test, deploy, and support AI agents within Microsoft Teams

Maintain clear documentation and present demos/progress updates to stakeholders

Skills and Experience

Pursuing or recently completed degree in AI, Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or similar

Hands-on exposure to Copilot Studio / Power Platform / Power Automate

Basic understanding of conversational AI concepts (intents, dialog flows, entities)

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and eagerness to learn

Good to Have

Microsoft certifications (PL‑900, PL‑100, AI‑900)

Exposure to Azure AI / Azure OpenAI

Understanding of prompt engineering

Basic Python or JavaScript

Awareness of HR systems (Workday)

Hours
This is a internship position operating under a hybrid model, with three days in the office and two days working remotely. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, with a one-hour lunch break.
