Job Purpose
We’re hiring a Senior AI Automation Engineer to build and run AI‑powered internal workflows that help Argus teams work faster and smarter.
You’ll take real business processes and turn them into reliable AI assistants and automations using Copilot Studio, Power Automate and APIs.
This is a hands‑on engineering role not AI research, not ML modelling, and not pure low‑code.
What will you be doing
Build AI assistants and workflow automations used day‑to‑day across the business
Use Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and APIs to deliver end‑to‑end solutions
Integrate AI with internal systems in a secure, supportable way
Own solutions after launch improving reliability, usability and performance
Work closely with product, engineering, and support teams
Mentor one other engineer and help raise the bar for AI automation at Argus
Skills and Experience
Essential
You don’t need to be an AI theorist. We’re looking for someone who has built things that work in production.
Built AI assistants or agents used in production (Copilot Studio or similar)
Strong hands‑on experience with Power Automate and API integrations
Comfortable working with OAuth / Microsoft Graph / permissions / secrets
Experience running production systems (reliability, monitoring, fixes)
Practical approach to testing, monitoring, and improving AI features
Solid engineering basics: version control, CI/CD, automated testing
Able to translate messy business workflows into clean technical solutions
Desirable
Microsoft 365 / Power Platform ecosystem experience
Copilot plugins or Graph connectors
Internal tools or enterprise automation background
Previous mentoring or light line management
