We are looking for a motivated and well‑organised communications professional who enjoys working across teams and translating complex topics into clear, practical messaging. In this role, you will support a cross‑functional transformation initiative and help ensure that both customers and internal stakeholders are well informed and effectively supported throughout the process.
You will work closely with colleagues in Marketing, Technology and Commercial teams, contributing to the creation and adaptation of communications materials for different audiences and channels. The role is hands‑on and delivery‑focused, with a strong emphasis on clarity, consistency and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Create, adapt and maintain customer‑facing communications across multiple channels
Transcreate content into German, ensuring clarity, tone and relevance for the local market
Develop and update content for websites, customer guidance materials, FAQs and supporting documentation
Support the preparation of communications for campaigns and customer outreach initiatives
Create internal enablement and training materials to support customer‑facing teams
Work closely with Marketing, Technology, Product and Commercial teams to align messaging and timing
Ensure communications are clear, consistent and aligned across customer and internal touchpoints
Track feedback and questions from internal teams and customers to help refine and improve communications materials
Attributes
You are a strong communicator with a good sense for language, tone and audience. You enjoy working across teams and are comfortable contributing in a structured, reliable and pragmatic way.
Native or C2 written and spoken German and very good English skills
Confidence working with a range of stakeholders across different functions
Ideally have 3-5 years of experience and a proven track record of success in Communications/Marketing

The salary for this role will be based on the published salary range, taking into account the candidate’s relevant skills, qualifications and experience
