Job Purpose
We’re looking for a NetSuite Administrator to manage and optimize our ERP system across its full lifecycle—from implementation to post go-live support.
Working as part of the Argus technology department in our central London office, the NetSuite administrator will play a pivotal role in our strategic ERP programme as we modernise and expand the enterprise software we use.
What will you be doing
Support end-to-end NetSuite implementation (configuration, testing and deployment)
Deliver system enhancements (e.g., workflows, reports, dashboards) ensuring usability, user experience and adoption of our systems
Manage and troubleshoot integrations with third-party systems, ensuring that they are efficiently built or configured to clear and full specifications which can be tested to assure good quality overall deliverables
Provide post go-live support, optimization, and continuous improvement
Maintain system performance, data integrity, and user access
Develop a strong understanding of Argus’ business processes and objectives to be in a position to implement effective solutions resolving business challenges.
Skills and Experience
Proven NetSuite Administration experience
Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes, ideally gained from a subscription-based business
Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or integrations (preferred)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
