The Head of Regional Marketing – Americas is responsible for leading and executing the regional marketing strategy across North and South America in full alignment with global marketing priorities and the frameworks defined by the VP, Regional Marketing.
As a senior leader within the regional marketing organization, this role drives demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth across the Americas in close partnership with regional Sales leadership and key commercial stakeholders. They ensure that local market insights, customer needs, and competitive dynamics inform both regional execution and global strategy, while upholding consistent delivery standards, performance discipline, and ROI focus.

This role requires strong commercial acumen, advanced stakeholder management, and the capability to lead distributed teams across diverse markets.
What will you be doing
Lead the Americas Regional Marketing team, including hiring, development, coaching, and performance management across multiple countries and markets.
Drive a high-performance culture with clear accountability, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable commercial outcomes.
Translate global marketing strategy into regional go-to-market plans that deliver demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and brand impact across the Americas.
Partner closely with Americas Sales VPs and Customer Success leaders to ensure fully aligned, cohesive market execution.
Oversee the planning and execution of integrated regional campaigns supporting new logo acquisition, customer expansion, and cross-sell initiatives.
Champion a data-driven, test and learn mindset, continuously optimizing performance and marketing ROI.
Participate in pipeline reviews, forecasting, and Quarterly Marketing Reviews (QMRs), providing clear regional performance insights.
Provide structured market intelligence and field feedback from the Americas to inform global strategy, product positioning, and campaign prioritization.
Amplify global brand positioning through locally relevant execution, ensuring consistency with global standards while tailoring for regional markets.
Lead the regional approach to events, industry conferences, webinars, and executive engagement programs across the Americas.
Build and maintain senior relationships with regional industry bodies, media partners, analysts, and associations.
Ensure effective adoption and utilization of marketing technology and analytics platforms within the region (Salesforce, Marketo, intent data tools).
Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and against agreed objectives.
Act as the senior marketing representative for the Americas within the global marketing organization.

What we’re looking for in you
10+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within subscription, data, analytics, technology, or information services.
Proven experience leading regional or field marketing teams across the Americas.
Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, buyers, and commercial models.
Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline, revenue contribution, and measurable growth.
Expertise across digital marketing, ABM, events, and paid media.
Highly data-driven; hands-on with Salesforce, Marketo, analytics, and intent platforms.
Strong executive level stakeholder management skills.
Strategic but execution-focused; able to convert global direction into high impact regional delivery.
Commercially astute, collaborative, and comfortable operating in matrix environments.
Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
