Fulfilment Operations Executive (6 Months Contract)

What we’re looking for
This role involves administration of large enterprise and strategic contracts, supporting account managers with expense inputs, and optimizing operational processes to enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with the SCEMs, Client Success Support Ops team, and Finance team to ensure smooth account activation, deduplication, and industry allocation. Additionally, this role will assist in collecting WHT documents, chasing payments, and accelerating responses from sales to finance for required deals.
What will you be doing
• Large Enterprise and Strategic Contracts Input: Manage and input large enterprise and strategic contracts into Salesforce (SF).
• Operational Efficiency: Provide regular reports to the sales team on usage analysis
• Account Activation and Review: Facilitate faster account activation, deduplication, and review of parental and industry allocations.
• Finance Support: Assist the Finance team in collecting Withholding Tax (WHT) documents and following up on payments.
• Finance Support: work with the sales team to manage the vendor qualification process and other finance related tasks
• Sales-Finance Coordination: Help accelerate responses from sales to finance on required deals.
• Customer Support: to provide customer support for Argus products and services.
• Manage the Delivery Authorisation Form process – this will involve completing the forms with the required information and sending completed forms to the sales teams
• Fulfilment Operations – provide access to Argus products and services using the various entitlement systems
Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 -2 years’ experience in contract management, finance operations, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and other financial software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hours
This is a 6-month Contractual position. In order to support the US, Europe, and Asia region, this position would entail the individuals to work in rotational shifts. The shifts would look like this:
• Morning Shift (6.30 AM to 3.30 PM)
• Afternoon Shift (1:00 PM to 10.00 PM IST)
• Night Shift (9:00 PM to 6.00 AM IST)
