The Technology Project Coordinator plays a key role in accelerating Argus’s adoption of AI and automation across the business. You will partner closely with our GenAI team and stakeholders across Technology and the wider organisation to coordinate programmes, streamline delivery, and ensure AI initiatives land consistently and effectively.
This is a hands-on role where you will bring structure, visibility, and momentum to multiple AI projects, helping teams embed new tools, improve workflows, and deliver meaningful efficiency gains. It’s an exciting opportunity to join a growing team at the forefront of Argus’s AI transformation and to help shape how the organisation uses emerging technologies.
What will you be doing
Coordinate and maintain the AI Champions Programme, ensuring consistent communication, tracking and engagement
Support the planning and coordination of GenAI initiatives across Technology and the wider business
Contribute to cross-functional AI programmes by organising activities, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring alignment across teams
Work across multiple projects simultaneously, quickly understanding objectives, risks and dependencies to help teams deliver effectively
Identify and remove blockers, escalate issues where needed, and help teams maintain momentum
Provide timely, structured reporting on progress, challenges, and trade-offs to project leads and stakeholders
Embed AI and automation opportunities into operational processes to improve efficiency, speed and quality
Keep JIRA and related tooling up to date, ensuring accurate tracking of work, priorities and status
Support Technology leadership by organising workflows, improving delivery processes, and helping teams stay aligned and on schedule
Skills and Experience
Essential
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Experience supporting the delivery of technology or software projects
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and drive progress
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, Claude) for productivity, analysis, and workflow optimisation
Ability to interpret conflicting requirements and present structured options or recommendations
Desirable
Experience supporting teams releasing or maintaining working software in iterative cycles
Familiarity with JIRA or similar project tracking tools
Exposure to automation, process optimisation, or AI‑driven change initiatives
Experience supporting teams in releasing or coordinating increments of working software
Background in technology, business, or a related field (degree or equivalent experience)
