We are looking for a Product Manager with strong product delivery experience to turn Argus’ proprietary datasets into customer-facing experiences in Argus Direct—delivering intuitive widgets and workflows such as charts, maps, curves and tables. Working as part of the Argus technology department, the Product Manager will be responsible for the client facing products.
Technology is central to everything we do and as such we have invested heavily in our in-house development teams who deliver industry leading, web-based solutions. The development teams use some of the latest web technologies working on Greenfield projects and applying modern development practices. All projects are run using Agile practices.
What will you be doing
Own the product roadmap for transforming Argus’ proprietary datasets into customer-facing experiences in Argus Direct.
Deliver embedded data products (widgets and workflows) such as charts, maps, curves and tables—taking them from concept through build, release and iteration.
Translate how data is organised and delivered into clear product requirements and intuitive customer experiences.
Partner closely with UX/design to shape workflows, interaction patterns and visual presentation so that complex information is easy to understand and use.
Lead discovery with internal and external users: define problems, validate value, shape MVP scope, and iterate based on feedback and usage.
Write high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria, edge cases and non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, reliability, entitlements).
Own and continuously refine the backlog: prioritise work based on customer value, impact, effort, risk and strategic alignment.
Partner closely with data engineering, backend, frontend and QA to deliver end-to-end outcomes; manage dependencies and remove blockers.
Define success metrics and ensure instrumentation is in place to measure adoption, engagement and customer outcomes.
Communicate progress, trade-offs and decisions to stakeholders; manage expectations, risks and timelines transparently.
Support go-live readiness, UAT and enablement, ensuring smooth transition into production and continuous improvement post-release.
