What we’re looking for
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing and headhunting, excellent knowledge of recruitment platforms, and hands-on experience with at least one ATS system. This role offers an exciting opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance.
What will you be doing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across various functions.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job boards.
- Perform proactive headhunting and build talent pipelines for niche roles.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS system and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver within agreed timelines.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management
Skills and Experience
- Experience: 3–6 years in recruitment, preferably in corporate or agency environments.
- Strong expertise in headhunting and sourcing passive candidates.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Hands-on experience with at least one ATS system (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Zoho Recruit, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Hours
This is a full-time position operating under a hybrid model, with three days in the office and two days working remotely. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, with a one-hour lunch break.
