What we’re looking for
Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a driven BI Analyst to join our global finance team. You will deliver actionable financial insights through advanced data analysis and visualisation. Sourcing off the shelf tools, enterprise SaaS platforms and work closely with our Corporate Data Warehouse team to ensure robust, scalable reporting solutions.
What will you be doing
- Design, build, and maintain financial and management reporting suites, ensuring data visualisation best practice
- Identify, and optimise key master data sources in collaborate with the Corporate Data Warehouse
- Develop and automate standardised reporting templates for budgeting, forecasting, and senior management dashboards
- Support the Finance team by understanding business requirements and translating them into effective BI solutions
- Lead the development of financial models and scenario planning tools to support strategic decision-making
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvement in report production and data flows
- Ensure clear communication of business drivers, KPIs, and financial insights to stakeholders at all levels
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for commercial and operational teams as required
Skills and Experience
- Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX
- Advanced demonstrative understanding of data architecture principles including data modelling
- Proven proficiency with SQL or other programming languages
- Hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS ERPs e.g. Netsuite (reporting, data extraction, integration), Salesforce
- Proven track record of manipulating complex datasets, including upfront data cleansing, transformation, and additional statistical analysis
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Experience of Microsoft technologies i.e. Power Apps and Co-pilot agents and advance Excel
- Partially qualified accountant is highly desirable
