What we’re looking for
Argus is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to lead the global Commercial Operations function, spanning Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, GTM Systems, Deal Desk, and Commercial Enablement. This senior leader will serve as the strategic architect and operational driver of Argus’ go-to-market motion, building the processes, systems, and rhythms that unlock productivity, enable growth, and align global teams around shared objectives.
This role requires a proven operator who can set strategy and drive execution, balancing global process standardization with local agility. The Head of RevOps will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product leadership to ensure Argus has the foundation, insights, and operating discipline to scale.
What will you be doing
- Revenue Operations Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing global Commercial Operations function, including GTM Systems, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Deal Desk, and Enablement.
- Develop a center of excellence to support global teams with standardized processes, tools, and insights.
- Forecasting, Pipeline & Operating Cadence
- Own forecasting and pipeline processes across Sales and Customer Success.
- Lead the commercial operating cadence: QBRs, forecasting reviews, target setting, and board-level reporting.
- Build consistent methodologies for pipeline health, conversion, and forecast accuracy.
- Systems & Technology Roadmap
- Oversee Salesforce and the integrated GTM tech stack (marketing automation, sales engagement, customer success platforms, CPQ).
- Define and execute the GTM systems roadmap, ensuring scalability, adoption, and ROI.
- Leverage automation and AI tools to improve seller productivity and reporting accuracy.
- Commercial Enablement
- Lead GTM enablement team to design onboarding, training programs, and sales methodologies.
- Ensure alignment of enablement strategies with revenue goals to increase rep productivity.
- Compensation & Deal Desk
- Partner with Finance and HR to own sales incentive plan design, quota setting, and territory planning.
- Establish a deal desk function to improve pricing, packaging, and contract execution discipline.
- Analytics & Insights
- Lead analytics/reporting to deliver insights on revenue, productivity, and performance trends.
- Build dashboards and KPIs for executive decision-making and continuous performance improvement.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the connective tissue across Commercial, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Drive adoption of commercial policies, best practices, and process improvements globally.
- Influence senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Revenue/Commercial Operations, Sales Strategy, or GTM leadership roles; global scope preferred.
- Experience leading large, cross-functional operations teams in high-growth B2B/SaaS, information services, or data/analytics businesses.
- Strong background in forecasting, pipeline management, and operating cadence.
- Expertise with Salesforce and GTM tech stacks; proven success building and executing a systems roadmap.
- Demonstrated success leading enablement programs, implementing sales methodologies, and onboarding.
- Experience in quota/territory planning, incentive design, and deal desk management.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into strategy and action.
