What you’ll be doing
As we expand our footprint in the ferrous metals sector, we are seeking a motivated and analytical Consulting Analyst to join our Singapore-based consulting team. As an Analyst in our team, you will play a key role in developing new products and insights in the steel and iron ore markets. You will collaborate closely with both regional and global teams, delivering high-quality research and analysis that supports strategic decision-making for our clients.
- Contribute to the design and launch of new consulting products in the ferrous metals space.
- Build and maintain in-house analytical tools, models, and databases to support client deliverables.
- Assist in the regular publication of market reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and analytical depth.
- Uphold Argus’ standards of quality and editorial excellence across all outputs.
- Support the creation of marketing and client-facing materials to promote consulting products.

What we’re looking for
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience in consulting, research, or market analysis.
- Strong research and synthesis skills; able to extract insights from complex information.
- Interest or background in commodities, metals, or financial markets is a plus.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team environment, both in-person and virtually.
- Passion for the metals sector and its evolving role in the energy transition.
- Eagerness to learn new tools, concepts, and market dynamics.

Travel

Hours
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
