Team Coordinator – Client Due Diligence

What we’re looking for
We are looking for a well-organised and proactive Team Co-ordinator to support our Client Due Diligence (CDD) function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with detail, is comfortable managing multiple priorities, and can communicate clearly and confidently with a range of stakeholders.
Rather than conducting due diligence on others, your primary responsibility will be to respond to due diligence requests from clients, banks, and regulatory bodies—providing accurate and timely information about our company to support their compliance and risk assessment processes.
You’ll work closely with teams across the business globally, including Legal, Compliance, IT, HR, and Finance, and will play a key role in ensuring our responses are consistent and aligned with company standards.
What will you be doing
Client Due Diligence Support
- Coordinate and respond to due diligence questionnaires and information requests received from clients, banks, vendors, and regulatory bodies, providing accurate and timely information about our company to support their compliance and risk assessment processes, this role does not involve conducting due diligence on third parties.
- Liaise with various global internal teams to gather and verify required documentation.
- Manage the client due diligence inbox, prioritising and tracking incoming requests to ensure timely responses.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in responses, aligning with company policies and regulatory standards.
Process Improvement & Knowledge Management
- Support the development of an upcoming AI-powered knowledge repository to streamline the storage and reuse of due diligence responses.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce response times through better data management and automation.
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a corporate or legal support role. Law related degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a high paced coordination role, requiring a strong grasp of complex organisational structures.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex requests calmly and effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with a variety of global teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint); experience with document management systems.
